The SS Wackenhut Police Force and its ABILITY to start a MERCENARY SOLDIER GROUP FOR IRAQ that can could actually NOW be doing COVERT actions in IRAQ beneath all Congressional PURVIEW!

AllSouthwest News has learned from a source close to Wackenhut that they are now being used as federal police.

Source: "they've been recently trained and tested and have been federalized so that they can make arrests at various locations around the country and used as secret mercenaries in Iraq. I don't think they can make arrests outside of the areas that they're stationed on the job to secure. But you know how these things get started"

Today, Monday March 3, 2003 AllSouthwest News filed FOIA on the following governments and agencies pertaining to the Wackenhut Corporations "partnership" with them in running or maintaining public prisons, mental health facilities, and public roadblocks.

This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act, 5 U.S.C. Sec.
552.

We request that a copy of the following documents [or documents
containing the following information] be provided to us:

1. A copy of any contracts you have with Wackenhut Corporation 2. Any
documents you may have pertaining to public road blockades or
checkpoints manned by Wackenhut Corporation 3. Any complaints filed
against your state or government agency by the public due to Wackenhut
Corporation and/or its employees.

In order to help determine our status to assess fees, you should know
that we are a representative of the news media affiliated with the Great
American Southwest E-zine and this request is made as part of news
gathering and not for a commercial use.

We are aware that we are entitled to make this request under the Freedom
of Information Act, and if your agency response is not satisfactory, we
are prepared to make an administrative appeal. Please indicate to us the
name of the official to whom such an appeal should be addressed.

We are aware that if our request is denied we are entitled to know the
grounds for this denial.

We are aware that while the law allows your agency to withhold specified
categories of exempted information, you are required by law to release
any segregable portions that are left after the exempted material has
been deleted from the data we are seeking.

We request a waiver of all fees for this request. Disclosure of the
requested information to us is in the public interest because it is
likely to contribute significantly to public understanding of the
operations or activities of the government, and is not primarily in our
commercial interest, nor a business trying to get information on
industrial competitors.
