ROCKET DOCKET. POOR LITIGANTS get into court fast but SADLY, they GET OUT FASTER TOO.

FACE IT.  They are not going to let you say TWO WORDS in courtroom with Judge not favoring you, and not one sentence you say will make the official record, so you have to Wait to the SINGLE MOMENT at the end where JUDGE asks you one question and GET THAT TRUE EVIDENCE ON THE RECORD 'cuz til THEN, it's ROCKET DOCKET! GOD vs. the INVISIBLE MAN.

"Rocket docket" refers to a tribunal that is noted for its speedy disposition of cases and SKIPPING OVER THE POOR GUYS' RIGHTS, evading any controversies that might come before it, by maintaining strict adherence to the law as pertains to civil rights, minutia like filing deadlines, etc. so that what POOR MAN EXPERIENCES as accused or litigant DOES NOT MAKE THE COURT RECORD. He talks to the PUBLIC "PRETENDER" in private. NONE of that gets aired in the courtroom. He thinks somebody saw/ heard his reality. But no one did or does. Public defender does not have to EXPLAIN anything to prosecutor. You think he/she likes you? Wants to spend calories spewing up the details proving YOU ARE INNOCENT?

The ROCKET DOCKET term was originally less cynical & applied to the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia,[1] after Judge Albert V. Bryan Jr., who ran the federal courthouse in Alexandria, decided that justice was being dispensed too slowly for his liking. The court earned the nickname among attorneys practicing there in the 1970s, who told stories of Bryan ruling on the spot when motions were argued, and trying entire cases in one afternoon. As of September 2011, the Eastern District of Virginia had the shortest average time from filing to disposition for civil cases that went to trial (at 12.1 months) and was second (behind the Eastern District of Pennsylvania) in median time for resolution of all civil cases.Later the term was applied to the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas.[3] Other jurisdictions that have been characterized as rocket dockets include the United States District Court for the Northern District of California; the United States District Court for the Southern District of California; the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia; and the United States District Court for the Western District of Wisconsin.

THE TERM "Rocket docket," describes FAT LAZY JUDGES' UNCONSTITUTIONAL WHIM of a NEED for speedy resolution of many types of civil, criminal real estate matters. IMAGINE how many victims of COP racism NEVER getting to say a single word in the trial. There are divorce victims of mendacious greedy wives who strip loving daddies of children and home. There are Victims of HUNGER or POVERTY stealing a LOAF OF BREAD, like en LES MISERABLES and getting LIFE IN JAIL and not one word of explanation makes it to the record. ALLDUE TO PUBLIC DEFENDERS !

Another notable AND RECENT "rocket docket" court involved  numerous foreclosure proceedings due to the collapse of the housing market as a result of the financial crisis of 2007-2008, part of the 2010 United States foreclosure crisis. MILLIONS WERE HELPLESS due to CASH REGISTER COURTROOMS

 this equates to less than 30 seconds per case. The entire case frequently consists of two questions: whether the homeowner is behind on payments, and whether they are still in the house. If yes, the judge allows the homeowner 60 days to come to an agreement with the bank for payments or lose the house. In and Out Burger. NO OTHER EXPLANATION ALLOWED BY VICTIM. NOT A WORD.
 
ROCKDOCKET  IS A STINKING CASH MOVER with WEALTHY CITIZENS however ROCK DOC REALLY stinks when it pertains to POOR PEOPLE accused of the usual POOR PEOPLE CRIMES who will never get to attest to their innocence in court or on the record. They are shuttled through the turn stile FEELING THAT THEY WERE NOT HEARD IN COURT ... THEY WERE ONLY HEARD EARLIER when they got to speak to a public defender, (PRETENDER they are called in the POOR WORLD) but not one word of THAT CONVERSATION AFFECTS THE TRIAL or shows up in RECORD!! Unless the PUB DEFENDER IS NEW AND TRUE and they ARE NOT.  THEY ARE SEASONED at bowing before RULE of SILENCE, PROSECUTOR'S RULE.

THEY GO WHERE THE POWER, MONEY, JUDGE and PROSECUTORS WANT THEM TO GO!

SO HERE IS WHAT YOU TELL PUBLIC DEFENDER so she realizes  YOU ARE LOADED FOR BEAR with FONE MESSAGES, EMAILS PHOTOS that prove the other side is LYING and making fraudulent representations. DEFENDER has to immediately tell the prosecutors behind scenes, if she believes what you say and feels the accusations are ILL-intended or WRONG. Mine weighed 400 lbs easy, waddled like a rhino and never said a word. I didn't know this was the KEY MOMENT when you meet with DEFENDER in PRIVATE & and you must get stuff into her notes, HEAVY STUFF. But fatty just slept through every phase of action.

IN MY CASE I WOULD Say "THE EMAILS in my PC PROVE the COMPLAINING CAT LADY threatened me for months to give them kittens to sell andn entered my fenced garden TO KIDNAP FERAL MOTHERS' ENTIRE NEST OF BABIES TO SELL for 400$ each, well attract illega donations." The Emails prove the animal activist DISTRICT ATTY was a  lifelong friend of the CAT LADY and her FUNDER both running a phony CAT charity." I HAVE EVIDENCE. AND HOW THEY THREATENED ME BY EMAIL WHEN I LOCKED MY GATE." You have to SCARE the DEFENDER YOU HAVE into seeing you are armed for bear. That you were CLUSTER$*^*^*#-ED by PLAINTIFFS who are lying.

  POOR FOLKS only get that ONE chance IN CONVERSATION WITH DEFENDER LAWYER to SHOW YOU HAVE A TIGHT CASE. THEN the second and last way to STOMP THEM OUT is to go along with the BRUSH OFF YOU WILL GET IN THE COURTROOM until the end where they ask if you want to plead guilty, say 'no. I want a jury trial and HERE IS WHERE YOU GET ONE WORD to say yes or NOW. You must give a SENTENCE instead where you EXPLAIN WHY you are innocent and it must make the RECORD so do not stop talking. "YOUR HONOR, I feel that (don't say guilty or not guilty) ---because she broke into my house repeatedly over the years proven by my collection of EMAILS when she would KIDNAP KITTENS and sell them at her GIFT SHOP for the profit of a phony cat charity this team runs with the PROTECTION OF OUR LOS ANGELES DISTRICT ATTORNEY who wants to get me to hide traces of his favoring this group EXPECIALLY TAKING NOTE of fact SHE ALLEGES that I had TRESPASSED, when she had PHONED ME TO TELL ME  that she had just nabbed a kitty day after I TELL THEM hooking up with D.A. selling kittens for 400$ each is a RICO RACKETEERING VIOLATION and D.A. could get disbarred and I WOULD GET FBI TO GO AFTER THEM......I am being framed by a FOR PROFIT PHONY CHARITY that LITIGANT CREATED.

She phoned ME to come over (she set up a witness to nail me) but I thought I had her invitation & BLESSING, I ENTERED her gate, garden then when she suddenly changed her mind and came at me to HAMMERLOCK ME but I was two hours late and her witness had left, the one to frame me so true, I pushed past into her house which I'd had tea and cookies before, where I'd landscaped her garden but this time I went as she'd PHONED ME to come get the kitten she had stolen 2 hours earlier from my gated yard...doing so while I was away at market,  she broke into my garden took a baby cat then she phoned me to tell me she had said kitty so i was invited to fetch the kitty by PHONE. I am innocent of the charge of trespassing. I entered the house of who I thought was a GOOD FRIEND where I had snacked and landscaped and visited previously so why would I trespass when she phoned me and certainly I didn't touch her. She's 80 yrs old. I brushed by as I went thru garden gate where she stood but NO PUSH was intended in fact she leapt on my throat, arms pinning my neck from behind in a  hammer hold? SHE attacked ME physically crushing my voice box (I have in fact lost my voice 50%) but I still just went, got my stolen kitten and said goodbye but she still had me like an octopus from behind. She's short so her legs were hanging for those minutes. I had to demand she get off my throat but she was behind me and would not let go as she announced that NOW she wanted to KEEP the KITTEN. I didn't touch her. I bent to get cat with HER ON MY THROAT and BACK. Was grasping then holding a kitten, wanted to walk out. Didn't even tip her over. I just walked to the exit and she saw stairs and suddenly let go. So I am innocent of her trespassing charge; I want a jury trial. "

The prosecutors confabbed and they instantly backed off. It was a weak case,a "HE SAID SHE SAID" and they realized it. And THE CRAZY SENIOR'S stealing a kitten from my garden and PHONING ME was weird so maybe they knew how nutty the old cat lady was. They backed off giving me a jury trial and let me skate on walking past her thru front door. I pleaded guilty of going in her gate crossing living room bathroom where kitten was stashed as she'd done with an earlier kidnapping that killed my cat Hannah. TRESPASSING, a nothing blotch on my record and I GOT THE REAL TRUTH ON THE RECORD in that one second that they invited me to speak up about "DID I WANT A JURY TRIAL".

GET IT LATE BUT GET IT ON THE RECORD! DOING IT IF YOU WANT THE JURY TRIAL OR NO. I turned out Old gal was selling cats in a gift store in posh area of town with the BEST SWEET BOY PAL of that VERY DISTRICT ATTORNEY, both animal activists. She had no biz license, no LEGAL CAT CHARITY yet they got $425 for ONE KITTEN calling themselves a REAL CAT CHARITY and it was my telling the prosecutor's ANIMAL RIGHTS boypal that I'd hit him with a RICO RACKETEERING charges (he plucked all my kittens for a year already driving me nuts with threats)..for a phony charity that they set me up with this KITTEN BREEDING FOR MERCHANDISE  thing and that PROSECUTOR was IN ON IT. He was in the garden outside court a few days earlier and I'd said "OH WE SHARE THE FRIENDSHIP of MICHAEL, the LITIGANT in the case of the purloined kitten? You and he are in the kitten selling business? IN  a fake charity right? Well I supply the kitties  only because MICHAEL THREATENS me with the dog pound gassing DEATH OF ALL  MY CATS and I have the EMAILS to prove it."

And the girl prosecutor walking with him snapped "YOU CANNOT TALK TO THE PROSECUTOR ." And yanked him away.

I felt that CONFRONTING the D.A's little CAT STEALING and KITTY VENDING RACKET made it all doubly certain the D.A. would back off on prosecuting an old sassy witch of a REAL CAT LOVER who could get him disbarred for sticking little babies in cages at MONIKA'S GIFTS on VENTURA BLVD and heisting the shoppers!
