35 dead on a quiet, ordinary Monday afternoon in Russia
When planets touch the ascendant, or descendent, (the entire horizon stretches between these two points,) during the average day, --they flavor the moment. If MARS is on the horizon you get a big explosive BANG. Well, SUN conjunct MARS (a much bigger bang,) were transiting together in space that entire week. Every day they'd rise at dawn, set at sunset. Hit the horizon twice, too. What made this particular day 'set them off with such a Big Bang? They were in radical AQUARIUS sign of the unexpected where Mars has a ferocious kick with PLUTO back 30 degrees, at the position of the enemy cusp, the 12th cusp...if you look at it in relation to the Aquarius pair. Pluto was exactly "back a sign" or 30 degrees behind Sun/Mar...in the SunMar's 12th house of enemies.If the main event is the SUN/ MARS we mean back 30 degrees from THAT. As there's nothing in the 12th house in horary of event. Only in symbolic 12th in relation to those two.

The astrologer starts with rising degree, looks for the RULER of the chart. He notes that LEO RISES so that SUN is the ruler of the hour. It is 4 Aquar. but with MARS attached 5 Aquarius, becomes an explosive, emphatic ULTRA RADICAL SUN/ MARS transiting CONJUNCT.... in the political, revolutionary, shocking, surprising sign of the unexpected, AQUARIUS. This is a political sign, and very communal in nature, pointing to TEAM WORK at play. A group of some kind. Who? PUTIN doing a false flag op he could ascribe to the Chechnyans, to be able to hound them? Or real CHECHNYANS? I am not sure. But the other shoe will drop in a week, so let's wait.

Any Russian stargazers following their own country's horoscope predictions would have noted the SUN/ MARS transiting both natal charts telling of the arrival of an event.
Then there's that Moon widely conjunct SATURN, cardinal and angular with 12 degrees separating them, means in 12 days something else sad or tragic will happen there in Russia but related to THIS. Fourth house, the end of the matter. AND THIS SATURN IN LIBRA is what ties to PUTIN's natal chart, bigtime!
