GETTING OUT OF A TRAP.![]()
1.) Ask yourself: HOW or WHERE AM I TRAPPED? BY WHOM or WHAT? What holds me back from doing my best, having the best career, love relationship, family life? THEN LIST how you can minimize their effect, presence or proximity
b. Where am I artistically blocked? List the ways. It's always the case that ONE trap will get you trapped elsewhere in other ways. It's like a mestastacizing cancer.
2.) WHAT am I so addicted to --that I let it get this bad? What's running my life? Coffee, smokes, dope, pills? Maybe look at the HOW TO QUIT page.
3.) What vows can I make, (publically aloud,) related to keeping away from my stressers, de-energizers and then what vows about EMBRACING energizers? Healthfood. Mental Practice.
4.) Who are my helper chumss? Who can I call when I'm falling down? Who can I CONFIDE in?
5.) What HORRORS must I bear in mind that could happen, down the line, worst case scenario, if I continue this bound up, tied hand and foot, i.e. trapped? LIST the worst circumstances that could ensue.
6.) What are the rewards I will have/ achieve if I can lose this energy sucking seductive, addictive TRAP? Mostly, what you can IMAGINE. If you can't imagine it.....fergetaboutit.
