PICTURE GOES HAZY; You freak out; THEY SEND A REPAIR MAN. THE GUY says there's nothing he can do. He TELLs YOU THAT YOU  NEED A NEW TV it's not their fault ! Only your boob tube works fine an hour later. A month later there's a bill that's three times  your usual basic cable rate of 29$.
