DEALING WITH TROUBLE

                                                                                
When that troubled feeling hits you or a loved one, donít worry. You have a real ace in the hole. You are the ultimate metaphysician whenever you want to be. Simply PRESS THE BLISS BUTTON. The writings of the MASTER JULES which are online, will explain that process.

Donít forget or ignore your immense spiritual dimension. Itís your magic resource. To get to the BLISS BUTTON which IS on your mental dashboard, first, leave your everyday mind behind. How?  'Close your eyes, and go up into the top of your head, and then melt through the skull out into the sky above you, then shoot to the ends of the universe. Which of course has no end, but go there....as the INFINITE one is GOD and as you shoot all over him from His toe to His head, He'll notice you. He's your cosmic father. So shoot into the infinite zone. You need only stay there a few seconds. To shake his hand or bend your forehead to his foot. Then come back to your head, enter the top of your head again, and you'll see all thoughts are gone. It's like unplugging your PC and all files being worked on just suddenly aren't there. And it's a GOOD thing.

So now, you're in your body again, drop down into your heart center. Right above sternum. From this perch, see the people you are worried about. See yourself. Love these people as if you were GOD, the infinite being. The heart is like a the God room in your house, a space inside you that will give you safety from this storm, all these little mini storms and refuge from any BIG storm.

You go in that heart room to refresh your own sense of being a Ďchipí off the old block, God, working your end of the turf on earth, to make it godly. You go into that room to refresh that center and you will come out of it smiling, relaxed, giving your loved ones the sustaining affirmations that "itíll be okay" and the authoritative quasi-parental power that you HAVE and they need.

THE VERBAL, God PRESENCE. The smiling, spiritual, relaxed person they love, suddenly affirming Ďitís gonna be ok.í You want to get this ability to contact that energy while youíre young so that it becomes a pervasive part of your life when youíre older and when you donít have that same, high body energy. Itís about lighting the pilot within. That light and that power has nothing to do with money/job/standing in the community. A man could water the garden, cook the meal and then go sell pencils on street corners and talk to strangers and still have that power.

In fact, talking to strangers is a good source of that God power. And can also be a way of attracting luck. In the average month, you meet a lot of people and the idea is just to give them touches of your viewpoint, your egoless God state and friendly leadership ability until someone says Ďhey come work for us.í

Meanwhile the power and light that you give us, your friends, co-workers, or give to your familyóhas to HAVE A SOURCE and it does. It comes from YOUR CONNECTING with the primal cosmic energy. Sounds like bubblegum metaphysics but Iíve seen how you can be suffering in the world, have some crisis right in front of you where you are freaked, grieving, a MESS and you do a space out, or few minutes of power yoga, then hit one good minute period of nada, where you can sustain a peaceful mind and then while youíre coming out of it, just say to the universe "any way you want, thank you God for the inner peace, and hey, could you give me a day of sustained inner peace while you're at it? You know, ask for you what you want. Be real clear and specific each time you ask. "Make me not suffer at being fired." Or "Take away my sorrow over this loss or this breakup."

Space out or do yoga, the important thing is to clear the head of verbage and thoughts, get into your heart, light up that little button on your dashboard, learn where it is and how to turn the dial. And as modern life is pacy, do it in less than a minute.

In summer do your minute of yoga in the shade of some trees. In Winter, spread a sheet on the carpet. Put on some good music, stretch and oxygenate for a minute.

As a test, while you're just sitting there, reading this, do what youíve seen as the hyper-oxygenating done with A DEEP NOSE INHALE at the same time as a painful stretch is held...........and get the OXYGEN distributed in your body and the more you push with that hyperbaric oxygenating, the more the oxygen gets to the pineal gland, a vestigal EYE deep in forehead area...affirm to your family members or to yourself. "You did the right thing." "Itís gonna be OK" Soothing, convincing. That relaxed smile in you PROVING that your words are true.

The basic thoughts that sustain our PEACEFUL inner life in spite of our human, erratic habits IS: WHAT I DID WAS PERFECT (even if it didnít seem so) as it was the BEST I COULD COME UP WITH AT THE TIME. I learned from it. I now vow to do things from more centeredness, next time. I hope that I can be in my center next time when a challenge presents itself. To BE in that center, I will VOW to do my oxygenating, stretches and light up my inner eye MORE OFTEN. So that when challenges hit I AM READY.

Weíre all ROCKY. Weíre all in training. We all have to put in those minutes doing the homework, the work-out, the five finger exercises. So that weíre ready to support, praise, affirm and show gratitude to our loved ones.

IF when you pronounce that things are going to be fine and she fights you, sez, Ďitís not ok, itís gonna be bad,í REPEAT it and convince her because the ability to SPEAK or language has a power of its own. You are God in your universe. God pronounces things to be so and they are. Give security, support. Praise, affirm, show gratitude. If youíve got mood swings, get more sleep. There are articles at my website on this. A family member stressy? Youíre strong. Give massage. See that anyone depressed takes an orange and eats it, saying 'I am eating the sun. The energy in all the suns now is in me. " Or see they take 240 mgs of kava kava, and at bedtime, a tisane of bitter valerian. Give the combo of massage and these combined rawjuices, fruit and herbs and you take responsibility for their taking it until they start asking you, whereís my capsules?

Itís hard when some family member has decided YOU ARE responsible for all the frustrations in HIS or HER LIFE. But thatís what neurotics do. They try to pull that blame act on you. DOUBT IT SERIOUSLY. It isnít true that OUR failures fuel THEIR failures. They came with their own set of mess-up. So donít let anyone put guilt in your direction. They own their own unhappiness. And you own yours, until you decide to bury it in the yard, under that tree where you do yoga. Hey, thatís not a bad idea! CHOOSE the sweetness of love so profound that I you can choose to ignore the rocky parts of your relationship. This is the only way to go. The rosy Crucifixion. But as you walk the rocks, do NOT carry the suitcase of MIND. Loaded with ĎI did, she did, they did, they didnítí the endless litany of blame and irritaiton. When they pin you to a wall or glare at you, just say mentally, ĎThis too shall pass.í

Games, survival tactics --- agendas, manipulations, are they really our friend? The attempt at gaining power, security and our desires is like trying to build something out of concrete so we can FLY. DISCARD the concrete. As light as you can get if you want to fly. SELF IMMOLATION works well, too. When you are ash, you fly! Humility is the gear. No matter what they throw at you, if youíre a cloud, it goes right through you. Donít let words crash into your ego. Discard the ego and they wonít. Sticks and stones may hurt your bones but words will never hurt you if the Ego isn't present. Ego is a software program, resident in the mind, made up of fixed beliefs about yourself. Discard them daily with the little exercises in this article, and the Ego will pass away. Remember, as the MASTER JULES said so many times in his lectures, "you only invented the Ego because you forgot you were God."
