SMOKING YOUR CATCH

Their breakfast plate of smoked WHITE FISH costs 31$ --probably enough for two people and for that princely sum, they throw in the dill pickle. Toast, potato salad too. a pound. Do Kippered trout, White Fish, Sturgeon. Lox or Salmon. Try out new varieties.

Now quick, while this is fresh in your mind, go to any super market and buy a kippered trout. In Deli section. Looks like a  bronze dipped fish. Warm it thoroughly over boiling water/ steam, and eat this goodie with your morning scrambled eggs and toast. One package works for an entire family, so not costly. Or go to any good deli and get some smoked salmon, or hit WHOLE FOODS and get GRAVLAX.
