With that logic, the minimum wage should be something like $60/hour, PLUS!

Another stat: haven't you read that our workplace is something like 10x more efficient due to technological advance, yet we collectively work, on the average, 10 more hours a week than some years ago? I don't know the exact place I got this figure but I guarantee it's true.

The system is rigged to take all of these advances and give it to the people at the top! Not that there's anything inherently wrong with being wealthy, but this isn't wealth acquired through competitive, free, earned means - more like they just write the laws and tax code and screw over anyone who tries to join their club!
