                            clock back, bible bread benefits.An interesting bit of putting the facts together RIGHT was done by a Brit Scientist who’d had a heart attack, so was motivated to look very carefully at the aspirin study. He realized that the folks who’d conducted the famous aspirin/heart study had used buffered aspirin. Remember that blood thinning study? The one that showed aspirin prevented strokes and heart attacks as it thinned blood? And how suddenly everyone was taking a baby aspirin every morning?

Well, only a scientist would be smart enough to realize that one of the components of buffered aspirin is basic, off the shelf magnesium. Studies indicate that most people are sadly lacking in this very important mineral as it is found in stuff nobody eats any more: WHOLE GRAINS,  greens,  beets, nuts, legumes, seeds, but highest amts are in grains -- in particular its BRAN.

When grain is stripped of its husk, made into flour, it becomes a useless, a low magnesium thing. And when it's bleached into white flour it has no magnesium.The reason that all refined grain creates calcium deposits is that magnesium that used to be in it, when grain was WHOLE and that factor was what kept calcium in solution. Calcium deposits are plaque in arteries and that equals heart disease. People who supplement calcium will get vein clog problems fast unless they take cal-mag or supplement mag.

When grain is made like the Bible recommends, in Ezekiel 4:9, the whole grain is soaked overnight, the water discarded. BIBLE BREAD! Then it is triterated, made into whole grain bread which is non-acidic in the mouth, absolutely delicious, full of the bran, ergo full of magnesium and you don’t get calcium deposits in your veins ergo no heart disease! But it's also more delicious than most whole grain bread found in the marketplace as it doesn't leave that nasty acidic edge in your mouth and on your tooth enamel after you eat it.

KEEPING MAGNESIUM intact is not the destiny of flour. Wholegrain FLOUR is a very volatile commodity. It is stored ergo its oils turn rancid, full of free radicals, becoming carcinogenic! Bread should be soaked while the grain is fresh, when it starts to sprout, immediately triterated and then raised and baked. One two three. Just like the Bible recommends in Ezekiel 4:9.

The home baker can duplicate bible bread at home if he has a VITA-MIX grain triterat-er. YOU NEED to buy fresh whole grains, wheat, or the other14 grains we typically use for bread, lentils, spelt, barley, rye, quinoa.

Soak a few pounds in a pot of spring water, overnight, then let drain in a sieve, then turn those soaked grains that are already sprouting and filled with LIFE....into a grain mush using a FOOD MILL like VITA MIX. Add your yeast*, let it rise, add your sea salt, sesame seeds, honey. Now, that’s what is TRUE BIBLE BREAD and it’s only avail at health food stores or homemade by you.

When I buy bible bread, I run home, put it bagged, into the freezer. I use a loaf a week. I always check the date on packages at the store, to get the freshest one on the shelf, as the stuff is highly perishable. IT's ALIVE. That’s why it’s in the freezer, not below in the fridge.

This Brit scientist discovered that some experts believe the reason for Alzheimers is this MAGNESIUM LACK in our modern denatured, junk bread. The autopsy process finds so much aluminum in dead brains today (especially those dead of Alzheimers) that the rumor started that aluminum deodorant caused senility, but the fact is this: if little or no magnesium is available to the brain, it substitutes the next available mineral that will work which is aluminum! THE RECEPTORS will look for this mineral or metal and perhaps pull it out of your armpits if need be!

This scientist who wrote this study said that after he started taking magnesium supplements (or for us, that might be eating beets, raw nuts, seeds, organic bible bread,) he could easily walk long distances, walk up steps without being exhausted or out of breath. It was like a new lease on life.

He claimed that after humans started milling grain ( which removed the wheat germ and the vitamin E ) and also removed the magnesium, that's when all the heart related problems began --- when mankind switched over to white flour. In any event, if heart disease runs in our family, especially if one's grandparents had it, Co-Q-10, vitamin E, cayenne pepper and magnesium seem to be the major components in fighting heart problems or staving it off (if you don’t yet have them yet).

You already may do a super diet, but don't know whether or not you had heard the magnesium story. So, take your magnesium supplementation with your calcium supplements. Why buy costly pills? Many foods are super fountains of minerals. Carrot juice is just as high in calcium as milk, so it makes a fine food for infants if carrots are cleaned well. ** Other high calcium foods are herrings, sardines, (as we eat the bones), hummos or the sesame butter it’s made from, dark green leaves, and the knobs off poultry bones which some people gnaw.

These are fine sources of Calcium but now, let's add some magnesium, which is found in dark brown SPROUTED whole GRAIN BREAD (with your salad?) and BEETS and avocado, another source having all these at lunch, buttered, parmesaned. YUMMY! Add millet cereal, a kind of high protein rice, in fact the highest protein of all grains.

There is a reason to slow down on eating dead bodies. Meat eating causes acid stomach which creates washing away of all minerals in your body, and tiny little bent over, dwarf geezer syndrome! I.E. you void your minerals out into the sea all your life!

Magnesium will do miracles for you. It creates not only a synergistic bioavailablilty with calcium --necessary for properly assimilating calcium to keep your bones strong long into old age, but also perhaps as important -- keeps calcium in suspension in the blood stream and therefore unable to create plaque deposits in your veins and arteries. That’s why taking CAL-MAG is better than MAG which just makes your kidneys fail and your plumbing full of calcium deposits! Ergo inviting strokes, heart disease.

Jean Carper, the syndicated columnist who writes "EAT SMART" says that magnesium helps us in a total of ten ways: it prevents heart arrhythmia, unblocks arteries, reduces blood pressure, prevents diabetes, creates strong bones, stops migraines, gives sound sleep, makes for a safer pregnancy, gives natural pain relief of cramps, (and is useful for PMS,) and prevents strokes so should be used by Hormone replacement patients.

Best thing to do is get to the store and buy a bottle of magnesium. Make sure there's no magnesium STEARATE in it, as that'll kill you. And while you're at it, supplement all the minerals. There are herbs that do a full spectrum job, like deep-rooted alfalfa, which comes in tablets or capsules. There are mineral formulas. The healthfood store will have many of these. And as you know, your basic salad ingredients are full of minerals, so put salad next to every lunch and dinner entree. Last, make your own genuine olive oil salad dressings, as canola is toxic rapeseed, and most other oils are full of pesticides. The oil is synergistic with minerals, allowing absorption to take place.             

* A BAKER'S TRICK: When using yeast, add two envelopes, not one -- to warm spring water, + a tsp sugar. Keep warm and let rise. When there is foam on the water, scoop it off and put the foam in the dough! Do not use the yeast water below. Just the foam. Water is dead yeast. Live stuff is foaming. Keep this pot warm for an hour while removing and use the foam only. The other part is bitter, ruins flavor of the bread!

** Living 7 yrs in Mexico, I learned to wash all vegies that could give parasites, Only greens which will remain raw when eaten... like carrots, espec. salad with crevices, in a gallon of water that has a tsp of vinegar a half tsp of bleach. Let them soak a while, shake, drain, dry and use. IF YOUR WATER FAUCET EMITS TOXIC STUFF, do  FINAL Rinse well wi. bottled water, not tap water.
