BY REFINANCING with 4 new GOV PROGRAMSI have a guerilla capitalist friend who owns a small apartment building property so when I found an online file on GOV PROGRAMs lying around that will help one do it, I SHOT THE URL to her, the "How to Refinance Easily with HARP program" page "Gal, You have to LOWER this 8 percent INTEREST RATE you are PAYING on your PROPERTY. She's a smart real estate girl smart. I asked her to research this. "if you FIND a way to lower that rate, refinance, I want to hear about it. The world wants to hear about it.

There was not word one in there about whether one would qualify if one had had a bankruptcy. Perhaps that doesn't matter to them.
