MUESLI CEREAL RECIPE. Gal who gave me the recipe said "Cheat the prepared cereal scammers and save yourself a bundle of $$" ( FAMILIA CEREAL now costs about 4$ a box, right? The one cereal worth it as SWISS MUESLI is an ICON in the breakfast world. A ROCK STAR in the BREAKFAST DERBY!)

2 cups rolled oats 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (or stevia) 1 cup milk (or rice
milk) yellow or black raisins, 1 cup low-fat yogurt (if you are feeling industrious, You can make
your own) 1/3 cup chopped nuts of your choice (roasted almonds whisked a
tad thru the food processor are nice)

Let the raisins, oats, milk & honey soak overnight, then embellish
it in the morning with your favorite additions.  It is
absolutely scrumptious and HEALTHY!

You can alter this recipe to your heart's content - use maple, agave nectar
dates, blueberries dried cherries or any other fresh or dried fruit, different
flavors of yogurt, add cinnamon or vanilla, etc.

I love this - much better than cooked oatmeal in my opinion!
And you don't have the oil of the regular granola.
