There is one small area where I have a question. You have posted an article on how mothers can groom their daughters to marry a billionaire, and while I am not strictly interested in grooming her to marry a billionaire, I would like to raise her in such a way that she has the ability to seek success and happiness in love and all of her life. But also, I am her father - not her mother. My question is - what do you see as being the areas where a father's role might diverge from that of the mothers, but in a way to have the same impact and support that you describe? I should say here, that I did not have the advantage of your insight while learning about love and life for myself, and I did not choose as wisely. My wife is not a pleasant person, she sees no silver lining and is almost impossible to please and is mostly unhappy with herself. And while I am not perfect either, I do try to support her finding her own happiness and accomplishing in life what she wishes. My wife is very critical of our daughter - once, when my daughter was asked in private what she can do that makes her mother happy, she became very sad and replied, "Nothing, there is nothing I can do to make my mom happy." While I try to support my wife and accept her for who she is today, I can not change the impact she is having on our daughter on a daily basis.. But, what can I do to offset this and truly support and nourish my daughter so that she may have what you are writing about.
