GETTING HEALED by COMFORT FOOD, NOT ALWAYS HEALTHFOOD .......but?

You may be, as I am, a bit of a holistic nut, and I made my children eat tofu, soy grits (my worst sin) and a lot of fresh caught fish or dug up clams nd I'm betting you hit the health websites googling up cures for aging, disease (as I do,)  and that's good research but don't neglect plain old COMFORT FOOD. A lot of it is good for you.

PROPERLY COOKED WHOLE OATS, not quick. With cream as starch does not mix with milk. Honey not sugar. Raisins and nuts in it.

How about Eggs w. ONE SLICE crisp BACON? That won't hurt a kid though daily for a senior it opaques up the brains. (SEE IRIDOLOGY PHOTOS)

Then there is steak with HUGE CAESAR SALAD, broccoli buttered, garlicked and parmesanned. GOOD COMBO. Potatoes get eaten ALONE or with greens.

HEALTHY. ALL just don't neglect to go to the healthfood store and check out their fabulous book shelves. Search for titles that refer to maladies your grandparents had. Read a few passages. Better would be to buy it, take it home, scan its info into a million byte file on your C DRIVE. And return the book and exchange it for another. Or for some groceries. Always research your own family genetic weaknesses. The Grandma / Grandpa and their diseases. Return book next day, get another one. Do this ten times before you buy & keep a book. Then, promise the universe that for the penalty of your frugality, you will share the energy with lists, bulletin boards chats and internet pals.

For instance, if you have strokes, check out the info on bioflavenoid supplements to fool the Grim Reaper into thinking your artery walls are made of shining clean pink steel. Between meals run a few citrus over ELEC JUICER, drink it alone. May combine with yogurt as a LASSI drink.
