THE CAUSE OF CHRONIC FATIGUE SYNDROME

There are seven reasons that one might feel TIRED or believe one had Chronic Fatigue Syndrome.

1). FOOD ALLERGIES You can eat a toxic food and feel hugely fatigued within the hour. Often joints swell up, especially with nightshade family. The throat seems to have grown stiff ridges inside. You swallow a lump. Lymph glands may swell up. Rule allergies out by staying away from that food for a month. Then have another serving. If you lump up, no more eating that stuff!

To determine if certain everyday foods are allergens, get a book on self-testing by googling keywords at abebooks.com. The idea behind self testing for allergins is, we abstain from known aggravators for a while, til we feel good, then we eat ONE of them. They show up as instant fatigue as they task the Immune system.

Common allergins are: eggs, peanuts, meat, milk, wheat. We substitute with a delicious diet of wholesome foods that few are allergic to: millet, almonds, (always sprouted overnight in water, then peeled). Eat Whole kamut or spelt, which doesn't aggravate wheat allergics, as crackers, porridge or pancakes, (such grains usually found only at healthfood stores,). We abstain from wheat as it's a frequent allergin. Find wheat-free sprouted alternative grain breads at healthfood store: Kamut, rye, triticale, teff, spelt, quinoa, rice, oats, millet, amaranth, barley, buckwheat, corn are alternatives. Save yourself money by sprouting the whole grain mixture of these yourself, at home, then grinding into bread with a food processor. Change water 2x a day. Just for one day, grind the grains yourself then make your own crackers with no milk, only clarified butter, honey, sea salt, spring water, sesame seeds. This will provide all the carbs you could want.

Your allergin free diet will contain some ripe fruits but don't overdo it, as LOW BLOOD SUGAR may be cause of fatigue. ( only very ripe citrus as farmers frequently pluck oranges, lemons, limes early to get them to market fast. ) Eat vegetables (but no nightshades, i.e. tomato, potato, eggplant, peppers, yams). NO MILK, CHEESE. CLARIFY butter, ridding it of milk by heating, skimming off milky foam, giving it to the dog or making cookies as a gift for other family members. Melted rendered butter, Ghee, makes vegies very filling to the tummy so you won't need meat. You will eat lots of steamed vegies.

Do this for a week. THEN, slowly, re-introduce ONE allergin at a time. A baked potato first day. Wait a day to see how you feel. Then re-introduce Yeasted wheat bread. Wait a day. Feel OK? introduce Meat. Wait. OK? Introduce Milk. IF YOU'RE TIRED, quit that food. Try chicken. Wait a day. etc. Get that chocolate bar in there. They have a sugar free candy at healthfood store, sweetened with rice bran syrup or you can make date fudge. Ask me for recipe. 2.) SOMEBODY ELSE IS IN THERE WITH YOU, EATING YOUR FOOD! GET RID OF the BODY's PARASITES. There are thousands of different parasites given us by pets, unwashed fruits and vegies, foul water, people’s hands, meat contamination. Dr Leo Galland reported on a study of 218 CFS patients, 61 had Giardia lamblia, from contaminated water or restaurant food touched by infected worker. Besides fatigue, mild GI complaints can occur from this parasite which mimic IBS. If you have black walnut trees in your area, you can make the tincture that will kill it and other parasites like flukes and worms. Pick nuts GREEN, not black, ripe. Soak in gin or vodka. Replace nuts in 3 days until alcohol becomes saturated. Use on a q-tip in cat's ears no mite! Healthfood stores have capsules and tinctures. The tincture is taken 4x a day, starting with 1 drop, increasing daily until you're at 20 drops. WORMWOOD from the artemesia absynthia plant is taken at dinner time w. a gradual increase of the dose from 1 to 14 capsules a day. The third, a common spice, CLOVES, kills the unborn eggs. You must use fresh cloves which you pulverize and encapsulate. Powdered cloves are 'stale' and won't work. Take 1 capsules 3x a day before meals. We increase this as well. To 2 the 2nd day, 3 the third, then stay at that level for 3 mos. It's important to simultaneously run a parasite herb treatment on your pets. You can't cure yourself and have an infested dog around. Parasites live outside animal's body so petting a dog gets eggs back on hands. No eating with hands. Forks only.

RARE MEAT is full of FLUKES which penetrate your liver. Do not eat meat unless it is well cooked. FORGET SUSHI! Acapulco for Parasites! Avoid meat juices on kitchen surfaces, spatulas. In restaurants you can't control 'bloody spatula syndrome' even if your meat's well done the spatula that served it was filled with microbial life! At home, use plastic and newspaper under raw meat cutting board, toss paper when finished. Organic fruit and vegies should be soaked then washed carefully as many parasites are in soil. PARSITE KILLING HERB TEAS:make a brewed, not simmered, tea of (any you can obtain) Drink 4x a day during your 'cure', only ---not for life.

HERBS TO CHOOSE FROM: echinecea, culver's root, slippery elm, mullein, cascara sagrada, comfrey, tansey, wormwood (artemesia absinthia), violet leaves, elm bark, pomegranate tree root. Black walnut. Note nuts are picked early, in summer, when large and green. The cut slices of nut's outer covering placed in a bowl of some high alcohol drink and left in fridge, covered until the alcohol (vodka is good) turns black. I use this last on a q-tip in cats' ears to kill ear-mites. Try it on your puss. Soon ears will be pink, clean, no more black wax from the mite refuse.

WORM-KILLER FOODS: Eat freshly husked pumpkin seeds daily for 3 weeks. HFS has bagged, shelled ones, almost as good as the kind you get off pumpkins in your garden. Smash fresh raw garlic on EVERYTHING: toast, vegies, savory casseroles. Lastly breakfast on delicious, fresh coconut meat and its milk taken AS breakfast 3 days in a row; kills even tapeworms! Isn't it odd that God put the cure for parasites in all third world tropical countries where parasites are most frequent!

Note: One researcher, Dr. Hulda Clark, feels that parasites are equally endemic in America, from handling pets, gardening, eating rare meat and raw milk. 3. CANDIDAa form of yeast, or living organism, frequently grows in our bodies and blood stream. It is a known cause of chronic fatigue. To lose it, eat unleavened bread without yeast, or whole grain crackers. BANISH sugar, honey, fermented wines, pickles, mushrooms and aged cheeses from the diet. They all have yeast in them. Wash fruits. Leave no ripe fruits out where they can get mold on them. Be careful that no fruit you buy has a cut in it. Clean fridge/carpets and all rooms of mold using vinegar. Use Caprylic acid supplements, which demolish candida.

4. INSOMMNIA. JUST CUZ YOU SLEEP 7 hrs doesn’t mean you don’t NEED more sleep! GET RID OF COFFEE- This alkaloid roller coaster washes vitamins out of our body, grays our hair, wrinkles the outside skin so imagine what it does to our glands and inner organs. But most of all, it impedes a good night rest. It makes you think that 7 hours is normal. Cuz you wake several times a night, your mind's going, and seven hours out, it's hard to go back to sleep so you don't. Coffee batters the pancreas as what goes up must come down. Let's stay permamently high. QUIT the Devil bean! For the MENTALLY SLUGGISH, PHYSICALLY SLUGGISH feeling you get during transition period, use herbal capsule mixtures from your healthfood store to jazz yourself up: "Mental Edge" 'Brain Energizer'. Make sure no guarana or kola are in the formula. Gotu Kola and ginko, bladderwrack are all 'nice' stimulants. Ginseng for men, (grows hair on women), Dong Quai for women. Using them in tisanes is even lighter. They aren't with you by bedtime.

Living without caffeine means you have to get energy out of GREEN LIQUIDS freshly extracted from living plants by a Juice machine (cheap at Walmart or discount house- $30.) Raw Juice is rich in iron, nitrogen, protein, oxygen ---hence an exact analogue of blood. GREEN BLOOD. Don't eat the cow, eat what the cow eats. Add a slice of apple or carrot to make it tasty and sort of sweet.

When you quit coffee,AVOID PAIN OF WITHDRAWAL - For a day or two before you quit, have foods that move thru the bowel quickly, no STICKY FOODS LIKE RICE, POTATOES, MILLED GRAIN BREAD, meat, milk or dairy products, or white flour. So much of the useless food is white that if your memory's poor, just remember, NOTHING WHITE EXCEPT YOGURT! (If you are hypoglycemic, this forces you to try protein substitutes like tofu, tahini, hummous, lentils, pulses, green vegie meatloaf, salads, avocados, seeds, sprouts all of which have huge amts of other great things: B Complex, minerals, vitamins...) Night before you start, you take an herbal laxative like Swiss Kress, senna tea or simply a spinach salad, just to really get a fast track in the bowel. Then, next day, you wake up and half your normal amt. of coffee. Keep a buffered aspirin in your pocket, just in case. If you start to feel headachey, take it, and repeat all day only as required. Get a lot of heavy massage from friends & family that day. Deep tissue massage is done with oiled hands, smooth, heavy strokes, always heading toward lung & heart. Work may be necessary at base of brain. Foot reflexology done with 25 lbs of pressure on all toes, and sole of foot is helpful. Massage on abdomen and intestines is useful. Every day take half the amt. of coffee you had the morning before. If you always took afternoon coffee, just cut that in half too. When you are down to a tsp at every 'coffee break' you are finished with caffeine. Now you can stay high ALL of the time. You’ll sleep deeply, want to go to bed earlier. And to make that more pronounced, take an herbal brew made of the leaves of valerian, skullcap, passionflower, hops and a poppy bolux, never more than one. Don’t boil, steep in a water brought near a simmer, then put in the herbs, turn off fire. Strain. Liquid takes effect faster than capsules, disappears next morn whereas CAPSULES are in your body for 24 hrs, ditto that lingering zombi effect! So cut to the chase; just use the tisane or tea.

5. TEST FOR VIRUSES, i.e. MONONUCLEOSIS i.e. EPSTEIN BARRE OR HERPES- Lotta viruses out there. Get a viral titer to see if there are any strange ones in your bloodstream. MONO has symptoms: sore throat, swollen glands and stiff neck, quadraphonic 'cricks' and it lasts six month! Flu is a week or two, rarely does it accelerate into opportunistic bacteria. like PNEUMONIA though it can if you're a flour/ dairy fan.

So if your sore throat is longer and NECK MUSCLES stiffen up, it's MONO.  That is a very serious virus as it can affect the SPLEEN. Instantly start on garlic, and huge doses of Vit C with real citrus juice along for the ride

The worst flus are often MYCOPLASMA PNEUMONIA. It's in the animal kingdom and Pets can give us several kinds without our knowing it. If you've got viruses, follow diet above, AND go on three daily doses of echinecea, golden seal, hyssop, myrhrr herbs brewed into tea. Carry it to work in a thermos. Buy bulk herbs thru catalogues in healthfood store magazines, brew according to instructions, drink between meals. A POWER diet aids in giving your immune system the strength to kick these viruses out of your blood stream. Herbs can drive them out. Call Mayo Clinic 800-5331710 in Rochester MN ask if they have internet info on this. Test for corrupted liver porphyrin enzymes (which means you can no longer build good blood.) Avoid chemicals in food, or in the air near you, rest of life. To kill all viruses in the blood stream, get blood electrification. It's a simple gismo anyone can build: Three electrodes placed on your arm are painless and supposedly will even banish AIDS from the body. Robert Beck invented the machine. 6.CARB ALLERGIC & HYPOGLYCEMIC?Could be. Read "Enter The Zone" by Dr. Barry Sears, a book that says 25% of Americans react to starches with insulin fireworks which create chronic fatigue feelings, (what shoots up must fall down, as in BLOOD SUGAR,) but more seriously, sugar in the blood leads to heart disease.Try Sears' regimen, see if you feel better. He says that if you’re pre-diabetic, one must avoid starchy items like carrots, corn, peas, ORANGES, mango, papaya and watermelon which are full of hidden sugar and of course no sweets or starches are allowed, even brown rice. Your new diet should have no sweets, no concentrated starch like wheat, corn, potato. You can have whole grain rye bread, real oats, low starch vegies like zucchini, proteins like yogurt, tofu, chicken or fish but say good bye to desserts!  If you can do that, you're a genius and should try to create WORLD PEACE.

7. VITAMINOSIS: Farm organically and TAKE POWER SUPPLEMENTS- Nobody has enough vitamins as our soil has been farmed with very little organic amending for decades and it’s already a million years old, so the stuff is 'used up'. Start being a responsible grower. Put animal manure, all grass cuttings, weeds,autumn leaves, seaweed into a compost pile and let it rot down to black humus soil then mulch your vegie patch /crops with it. Supplement: Folic Acid, (greeen leaves), Vitamin B 12, (blackstrap molasses) Vitamin C/Bioflavenoids, (rose hips, berries), Iron, unsulphured black mission figs, dried) potassium, (liquid potassium), zinc, (pumpkin seeds) aspartic acid, blue green algae or spirulina, sea minerals, digestive aids. (Note, a dandelion leaf before meals (bitters) creates digestive acids, so you don't have to buy protesase, amylase, etc.) BHT by Twin-Labs is said to work well for CFS. Try to find that issue of LANCET, the British Medical journal, which printed an article saying that injectable Magnesium Sulfate cured the disease.

8. LOW THY FUNCTION- The last possibility is low thyroid function. Body temperature testing is the way to diagnose this. SYMPTOMS- Fatigue, cold hands and feet, and sometimes enlarged thyroid as it 'tries' harder, insomnia, need for more sleep than most people, difficulty awakening, narcolepsy, impaired memory, possibly candida, psychiatric problems.

HERBS TO STIMULATE THYROID:RHODIOLA is a great one.Take in morning so you can sleep at night. Make a mixture of the following (or, whatever you can obtain thru herb sources): Bladderwrack, eleuthero (Siberian Ginseng) Penny royal leaves and flowers, Ginger root, bugleweed, wild Mexican yam, Poke Root, use green root when possible, sea vegetables, (weeds) bayberry bark, white oak bark, skullcap, black cohosh blended into a tea mixture, simmered very very low l5 minutes. Make 4 cups, drink 4 x a day. Use Dulse sea weed, Kelp, Irish moss in soups, curries, stews AND dry in capsules. To heal body, eat a high oxygen (fruits, vegies, greens in salads) diet, golden seal, echinecea, Vitamin C beta carotene, pantothenic acid, tyrosine, manganese, zinc lozenge under tongue. 8 parts zinc, 1 copper but in separate meals. SOME QUICK FIXES!

1.) B-VITAMINS. Take a slab of fresh, raw, red calves LIVER or COW liver. Dredge lightly in flour. Heat oil in frying pan, fry onions until succulent. Throw in the liver. Brown one side, then the other, REMOVE promptly.  Light a candle and eat it in the dark so you can't see that it's still kicking and mooing and bleeding. This last is important. Dine in the dark! It tastes fantastic, but the dark red, slitherly meat is not real attractive. The raw state enables the VIT B to survive the fire. Replenishes your VIT B batteries. Vit B hard to find in nature

2.) SLEEP-Have a huge salad of round, iceberg head lettuce as it's so full of opiates you'll sleep ten hrs without a problem. You can cook it, Italian style, too, heat up frying pan wi. olive oil, onions, garlic, drop in a whole head of salad, cook til soft like greens. DELICIOUS !!

3.) SOLARIZE- Rub body with good oil, almond, jojoba . Both sides. TAKE a half hour on each side of body. DO NOT wash it off. If you get water on your skin in next 24 hrs, make sure it's not hot, no soap. See, the solarized oil soaks slowly back into the body.

4). BREATHE. Do KUNDALINI YOGA. Tell that WEBSITE what city you're in It'll find you a teacher. Have a garden? Plant it thickly and plants around the dwelling will fill your windows with oxygen by day.

5.) PHYTO ESTROGENS- Go to chinese cafe, order tofu with black mushrooms. Take half home, eat cold the next day. Soy bean is filled with phyto estrogens, precursors of the body’s own hormones. Having them, body can rejuvenate itself.

6.) GET A MASSAGE - Break down the iron ropes tied around your body and soul, that is your muscles and nerves which are in a permanent cinch. Give the biggest human you know a bottle of salad oil, ask them to STRANGLE the octupus which is strangling you, your own muscles. Warn him away from the bones. Say "concentrate on the neural nexes and meat and flesh and soft and muscular areas, bones are not important." JOINTS and the cartilege and the many tiny muscles that insert there do require some finger work though as acid collects there. GUIDE this first time healer by saying, DEEPER HARDER and indicating how hard they can do that area. The best massages loosen a great deal of toxins. The trick is, afterwards, drink a quart of very ripe lemon and water in next five hrs, to process what was loosened! Though he never touched your liver, next day your liver aches as so much toxic waste was loosened! You will see!AVOID all unripe citrus. I leave all citrus on the fruit until it falls off, then I find no aggravation related to acidity.

7.) A CHI LAMP - Available thru sources, ask me. Chinese invention. Really loosens toxins. After I use one on live area, nausea occurs, as is true after a heavy massage which loosens toxins, sends them thru liver. For that reason, we drink LEMON.
