Let's throw the natal chart of the birth of
the Obama Regime calculated from the minute
and second of the INAUGURATION CEREMONY. That's when America and Obama
pronounce their "I-do's" so it was a kind of a wedding chart. It's a marriage
chart also --and certainly, a kind of birth chart, a HORARY to interpret
what the next eight YEARS of American politics will be like. The problem
is, there is no eight years. This inauguration seems to me to be just the
train leaving the station and going nowhere. It will be hijacked a few
miles out. LUCKILY they did a second inauguration with a second chart:

Why do I say that? The swearing in is at noon? On the dot? With the MOON VOID OF COURSE? Worse, the Moon is 29 SCORPIO, a Death sign, and the worst degree in that sign, an intense death degree, the 29th degree. Tell you how I know first hand about twenty nines going nowhere. My rich client was going to Portugal and the limo was coming to pick them up at 11 am to take them to airport. Astrologers know the birth of the trip is when you leave your front door so I said 'Judith, you can't leave then, 29 Scorpio is rising. Wait ten minutes, Wait twenty. I sent the email saying as much and felt she would hear me, and rig it differently.
Next thing I know, they're in Portugal and I hear from a mutual friend that the husband had dropped dead on the hotel room floor. Later Judith told me they'd been unable to change departure time. A movie star placement but it's more of a besieged, tired aging movie star excitement as URANUS' sparkle has been seriously diminished by having had her worst enemy (SATURN,) opposed her. (In real time, Uran/Sat have been opposed for this past half year and they are still locked in two step.) SATURN is Uranus' nemesis planet. It rules URANUS' 12th house, her 'undoing' house, her death house. PROGRESSIVE ELEMENTS have totally failed to handle the recession. The CONSERVATIVES led by HANK PAULSON got their way. They stripped the government's coffers of citizen-money to be given to the bankster thieves who already had stripped the planet's coffers. Why? Cuz it costs a lot to maintain a competitive posh lifestyle. More every day.
Compassionate, alturistic URANUS could not hold its own against Saturn Banksters being in PISCES a weak sign! And anyway, those two planets' natures don't combine. URANUS is radical, progressive, concerned about the little guy, the disenfranchised, giving alms all the time and is about 'let us help you get a college degree, help you get a job.' SATURN is old fashioned, conservative, dictatorial, is about 'you got get your own ass a degree, get a job too then phone me.' Saturn is the POWERS THAT BE, the oligarch ruler, the BIG BOSS, the BANKERS & the FINANCE world and are symbolized here as being opposed to progressive URANUS pretty exactly.
So we see Obama dropped right back into the boiling cauldron of the GREAT DEPRESSION that Americ has had for a half year, stuck right in the chronic sat/uran aspect we've had during the MELTDOWN. .
This makes the OBAMA INAUGURATION a lot worse than the JFK INAUGURATION. We look at Noon 20th Jan, 1961 and see that we also had VENUS ruling the hour but that's no feat; every NOON JAN 20th, that happens at noon. Not a surprise. What is a surprise is that VENUS HOUR RULER is in the very same degree of PISCES l7* but for JFK without that SATURN recession, conservatives at his heels OPPOSITION. OBAMA is immediately a lot behind JFK!
VENUS IN PISCES in both charts tell us that there will be HELP and succor for the disenfranchised, which PISCES RULES and which JFK did to some extent with Civil Rights. It could be argued PISCES symbolized a Space program his other achievement, Pisces ruling the ethers, astral dimensions. JFK got Venus and MOON fairly closely conjunct in PISCES ( a religious man with guilts, a Catholic, ruled by Pisces.) but with MOON in degree of insanity, 23 PISCES. DUALITY is insanity it's rumored and he himself was a fish torn both ways being hopelessly smut minded at same time as trying to do noble works. (I've read biographies that quote him verbatim on sexual hijinks, saying things that would make Hugh Hefner blush. His mind was in the gutter, so his soul had a hard time being effective with holier matters.)
Pisces' ultimate duality is half alive, half not. VERY SICK. It's the last sign of the zodiac, the weakest, the one that yields to transitions, like death, easiest. Death and illness dogged JFK. First Jackie's baby died while he was off gallivanting with ladies then the DIEM bros in Vietnam got murdered by his CIA who clearly went overboard. They were just supposed to exile them from Nam, not exile them from the planet! They were French Catholics so he'd offed two Asian Catholics! Brethern. DIEMS had their heads with the French colonists who'd just been tossed out, ergo were unpopular. The COUP was supposed to be a 'change the monkey ' routine event for the CIA and they screwed up. the OBAMA ONE.

It would SEMISQUARE MERC in AQUARIUS in midheaven area. (brilliant and popular) Moon was 23 PISCES, MERC l0 Fixed (aquar) in midheaven, so they were 45 degrees apart, called a 'semisquare' and ASCENDANT l3 fixed, was also semisquare Moon, the other side of 45 degrees. And the big problem -- NEPTUNE l1 SCORP, so the Moon hit THREE big things, MERCURY, NEPTUNE and ASCENDANT. No way that was a Void of course Moon JFK had a MALEFIC linked to two other things. Not VOC at all. Worse: he flew into a snare, a baited trap, a huge patchwork of Lies, NEPTUNE in SCORPIO assasination schemes, dirty business, Spies and Death squads. Mercury/Neptune/ Ascendant was a big hairball that the Destiny Cat had hacked up, one that was lying on the path of this CAMELOT DESTINY MOMENT INAUGURATION in 1961.

Both have a double spoon of JUPITER ABUNDANCE, taxes rolling in, (Jup lord of 8th house of revenues) money to spend. VENUS is in l7 degrees PISCES, degree of poetry, in the 11th house of friends, allies, also 11th house is all groups, teams, communal ventures, government itself. JFK's VENUS RULER OF THE EVENT was exactly SEXTILE JUPITER in*CAPRICORN conjunct SATURN, so he was able to pacify the CONSERVATIVES for a while. In both cases, JUPITER is or was the lord of the horary's 8th house of getting money owed us. HUH? Who owes the USA money? Jupiter is in the 9th house of LAWS. Laws for the PEOPLE, JUP in AQUARIUS, 9th is also events in foreign countries. People far away. SUN is conjunct MERCURY in zero AQUARIUS, 'births'. Zero is always SOLAR POSITION inauguration day it was what KENNEDY had, only JFK's SUN was exactly quincunx MARS lord of house of ENEMIES, in MOONCHILD. A weak, secret, hidden, silent MARS. Cancer is silent. Another evil omen. JFK had death planet NEPTUNE SMACK on the ascendant/ descendant point (on 7th cusp, in SCORPIO, the planet of death in the sign of mayhem, death or threat of it. 12 Scorp is degree of merchandise, merchants. The last thing I don't like about OBAMA inaug is that it goes nowhere. If we progress moon thru the rest of AQUARIUS it makes no aspects. It semisquares MARS which is an attack from enemies, hidden enemies as Mars is lord of the 12th house. Moon semisquares Merc/Sun Wedneday afternoons and Jupiter Venus Wednesday night, hits malefics URANUS and Saturn, the RECESS/DEPRESSION planets Thursday pre-dawn and then, that's all she wrote. Thurs nite Moon enters Capricorn and the span of that 'event horary' is over.
SOME GOOD THINGS COMING? If OBAMA gets pronounced at 12:31 or after, that Sagittarius Moon does go on to make great aspects. Moon gets a long chamade of sextiles and semisquares starting with JUPITER in gregarious AQUARIUS an hour and a half after the INAUGURATION. )Does the change of moonsign translate to a month and a half into the OBAMA PRESIDENCY? A BIG CHANGE? ) Moon streams thru Sag for 30 degrees giving the next guy a pair of terms but if BARACK's not pronounced with a SAG moon sign instead of SCORPIO, then JOE BIDEN gets all those goodies. Barack does not. His inauguration was a DOOMED MOON.
Merc/Mars conjunction in CAPRICORN can be considered to be in the FUTURE of this inaugural horoscope and it indicates anger in banking circles, CAPRICORN is the super rich. That shows up in the unfolding of the INAUGURATION HORARY, in its future or in its progressions. As this conjunction will occur a week after the inauguration in 23 CAPRICORN, a degree of 'cruelty,' that would translate to 7 yrs after the inauguration and probably in the second term of the BIDEN presidency.
Symbolized are Government-instigated REMEDIAL measures of some kind that will be cruel like putting the homeless people on rural farms.
