I did a NOON chart as all stargazers do for 'unknown' hour charts --having found the birth data on MSNBC.Then I decided, NOT NOON, just a half hour MORE would get us into ARIES RISING (see it below in first house.) And his MARS IN SIGN OF KILLING, SCORPIO conjunct PLUTO fits better. ALSO ARIES RISING, RED HAIR! Moon in Cranky critical VIRGO square a a SAGITTARIUS STELLIUM is 'quick to criticize' or judge.
NOTE: He is NOT PISCES RISING. This noon choice is a speculative hour. My mother used to accurately pick rising signs from the face or look of a person. If I had to guess, James Eagan Holmes' rising sign would NOT BE ARIES rising with Mars as his ruler. While he has a way way afflicted MARS -- we don't need his ruler to be Mars or the PLUTO (which is conjunct Mars in SCORPIO ) to have him be a killer -- to make him into a 'serial killer.' SERIAL killers have triple or quadruple malefics LINKED. That means Mars/ Saturn/Pluto or Uranus are all linked. Of the Zodiac suspects, one had that. JACK THE RIPPER (according to Patricia Cornwell's research, had it. The Black Dahlia murderer (his son gave me data,) had it. And THIS BOY DID. All the malefics are jumbled into ONE BLOCK OF SHEER TERROR.

the whole Sagittarius stellium and sesquiquad or semisquare
that ugly Mars/Pluto. So any one of the bunch, Merc, Sun ...as ruler would
define him as being stained, and under the hatred and killer feelings of
Mar/Plut in Scorpio and Sat/Uranus tensions from judgementalism of Sag.
The rule is this: If your RULER IS LINKED to a double malefic 'evil star',
that's really enough to make you a rat. You don't need for your personal
RULER to be an evil star. HITLER had LIBRA rising, VENUS as a ruler. But

Sagittarius is a sign that is wise, enough wisdom to be judgemental of
others, feeling 'they THEMSELF are God' and hey, they are often quite accurate
in their perceptions.) This quadruple conjunction and the black hole it
rides in on are all Square to the MOON in late VIRGO, also picky and judgeme
ntal giving us a fifth player. Of course that MOON square would have been
exact around NOON, which we're not sure of. In any case, it becomes FIVE
PLANETS in mutable signs, with THE NODES also exactly on them all, (north
eclipse point and south,head and tail of the dragon as Arabs called them,
RAHU KETU Hindus called them) All are linked to the SAG bunch and Moon
& those OTHER two MALEFICS in SCORPIO! If Holmes had been born during
morning that MOON would have been approaching the square, (the red lines
in the scope show the Moon/Sun square.) Approaching means in his young
years, he'd have been marred on the vine in his early years. If born
in the eve, that square would be past, over with & maybe point to problems
during the pregnancy that produced him, i.e. past events ..things PRIOR
to this 'moment of birth..) THE SAGITTARIUS triple grouping is the brilliant
part of this native and explains why he excelled in school. Moon in late
Virgo is astute, sees all. Dickens had Virgo rising. In touch with contemporary
ISSUES and loaded like a bomb himself. Because, next look at the sidewinder
rattler aspect he has... that green dotted line connecting the quadruple
"I AM RIGHT, I AM GOD" aspect ---to murderous

CONJ. PLUTO IN SCORPIO off to the side there... He was judge
and executioner. That SEMISQUARE makes the quadruple or quintuple if we
count moon a SEVEN PLANETS LINKED stick of dynamite with the SCORPIO (barbed
tail that kills) conjunction functioning as the KILLER part of this being.
The WORM LURKING in the heart. That conjunction is in 11 and 12 deg. Scorpio.
He literally could have parasites in the brain. Scorpio afflictions can
indicate that, also. If he lives to his majority, which he probably will
being judged insane, he will have danger of Scorpio body problems, colon
cancer. If he had lived outside of a madhouse, sexual problems involving
sadism. Scorpio is a hidden, non verbal sign afflicted like this
giving hatred, sub-conscious feelings of wanting to kill, to murder, extinguish
the light of others who made him jealous (Scorp reaction) and whom he could
in turn JUDGE -- (a Sag function.). At the actual JULY 20th midnight hour
he chose to do the deed, MOON/ MERCURY were conjunct 11 LEO exactly square
this natal Plut/Mars and sesquiquad his SAGITTARIAN TRIPLE which is involved
with the art of ELECTIVE ASTROLOGY and PREDICTIVE astrology. His entire
chart lit up like a NEON SIGN due to a transit in LEO (being involved with
LEO theatres, films.) If he wanted to take his natal chart and make himself
a celebrity, the Moon/Merc conjunction in LEO would have availed him of
that, if he went into a theatre.
During his 'assembly work phase,' the last two months of buying guns, explosive powders, ammo, NEPTUNE in last degree of Aquarius was on his PROGRESSED MARS which was in the killer of all killers degree, 29 SCORPIO. Mar/Nep together is insane.

PS. I haven't seen so many planets linked into one flying wing (arm/ fist ) since the natal chart of North VietNam's HO CHI MINH. I recall he had nine elements linked together.
